Comfortable breakfast is pretty good play area for the kids cool restaurant. Waiter did not know what a margarita was!
We had luggage on top of our car and we didnt want to take it down.the guard was really nice and said hed take extra care of our truck. It started to rain and he even brought us trash bags to cover our luggage. Thank you. With that being said the beds were comfortable. But they need to wash their carpets or just take them out. The hotel had a musty smell. Other than that pretty good stay.
I got the place for about $50 a night on booking.com and I think it is a very good price for the quality. Breakfast was a little just so so but it was included in the price so I won't make too much of a deal about it. The hotel has many amenities and the room of was huge and I loved it. My comment if the property reads this is that the plumbing in Room 205 was a little bit old and leaked, the plug drain would not hold water well oh, and both hot and cold faucets leaked a little bit. I do recommend this property if you are in Saltillo is a good price
The rooms where ok not to bad the only bad part was the pool. But besides that tje rooms where good, alright beds but awsome shower! I gave it a 5 star because i had a goodnight sleep
Great value. The kids swam at the pool all day and the breakfast was free the next morning. Room was clean. AC worked well. TV was maybe a little bit small
I was attending a professional event, the hall was clean and overall comfortable, the staff nice and friendly, but the restrooms were a little dirty
Beautiful decor, scrumptious food, classy atmosphere, courteous & friendly staff. The courtyard was an added bonus along with the gated parking area. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great experience here while visiting Saltillo, room cleaned & ready for the visit, good hearty breakfast included with the reservation, conveniently located just north of the city center. The only issues were parking, as renovations have reduced the amount of space available for vehicles; and the lack of a phone directory to call out, as well as the lack of response from the front desk.
